Refund/Replacement Policy


Purchases after 1st September 2016

These regions have life time warranty. This means, if you are banned for reasons related to us such as for account sharing/trading or because the account was botted, we will replace your account. If the following conditions are met:

  • Sufficient proof must be provided (screenshot from Riot ban email which shows ban codes 2203/2100 which are account sharing/trading or account being botted).
  • Simply logging into the account and showing it is banned is not sufficient proof. We need to see a response from Riot Games as to the reason for the ban. You will always receive an email from Riot to the email registered with the account.
  • Without proof, we cannot verify that the account was banned due to our faults and thus cannot issue you a replacement account.
  • We DO NOT replace accounts if you flame/cheat/troll/afk and anything else related to your own actions.
  • Please submit this information in a support ticket to our Help Desk and we will investigate. If you have provided sufficient evidence, then we will replace your account.
  • Please include as much info in your support ticket to speed up process such as PayPal transaction ID, username, region etc.

NA/LAN/LAS/OCE

These regions have a 30-day warranty. This means, if you are banned WITHIN 30 days of purchase for reasons related to us such as for account sharing/trading or because the account was botted, we will replace your account. If the following conditions are met:

  • Sufficient proof must be provided (screenshot from Riot ban email which shows ban codes 2203/2100 which are account sharing/trading or account being botted).
  • Simply logging into the account and showing it is banned is not sufficient proof. We need to see a response from Riot Games as to the reason for the ban. You will always receive an email from Riot to the email registered with the account.
